How can I make a payment?

We accept credit card and PayPal payments on the ABT Journey’s website. Both payment methods use PayPal’s payment gateway to ensure a safe and secure transaction process. Travellers wishing to pay with credit card can do so via the PayPal payment gateway WITHOUT the need to set up a PayPal account.

What should we bring with us?

Be comfortable! Be sure to wear clothes that are suitable for the activity you are participating in. If you are cycling, wear comfortable shoes, long sleeve top, and a pair of shorts or trousers. If you are visiting temples, please be respectful of the local culture and wear suitable clothing, such as long sleeves and long trousers or skirts. In case you prefer to wear short, simply bring a Sarong, which always fits in a your bag.

I'm a solo traveler, is there a single supplement?

Solo travellers should enquire directly with ABT Journey’s was to whether the tour will be available to you on your desired day of travel. If your desired tour is already scheduled for you preferred day of departure, then it may be possible for you to join the tour as a solo traveller.

What is our cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation 15 days or more prior to arrival date, a full refund will be given. Cancellation between 14-7 business days before your departure date, a 60% refund will be given (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays). However, if you cancel your reservation within less than 7 business days before your departure date, no refund will be given.

Wir haben die drei Stunden Tour „Ayutthaya‘s highlights“ mit dem Fahrrad gemacht. Omelette, die die Tour geführt hat, war unglaublich nett und hat nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig über die einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten erzählt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind wir zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten immer 10 bis 15 Minuten gefahren. Es gab kostenloses Wasser und traditionelle Snacks zwischendurch.
Alles in allem hat uns die Tour sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sie jedem weiterempfehlen, der etwas über die Stadt und ihre Geschichte lernen möchte 🙂

We were warmly welcomed to our Ayutthaya Highlights cycle tour (even though we were late) and bikes were ready, seats adjusted and in great condition. Helmets and drinking water were provided. Our guide Omelette speaks excellent English and led us on a wonderful tour. She fully safety briefed us and cycled at an easy pace with clear signalling. We didn’t ever feel unsafe even on the bigger roads. Omelette was super knowledgeable and seemed happy to answer all of our many many questions – thank you Omelette! The tour really was the highlights and we stopped at little local places off the beaten track too. At the end there were cold drinks and cold face towels to refresh us, which were very welcome. The price was comparable to the tours we found online, but much more personal and we went at our own pace – highly recommended!

Vandaag met onze geweldige gids Omelet op pad geweest met de fiets. We zijn 4 tempels aangegaan, waar ze ons veel uitleg over kon geven. Ze heeft ons veel verteld over de historie van Ayutthaya, en uitleg gegeven over de gebruiken. Ze heeft ons geleerd over de lotusbloem en ons verwend met een heerlijke Thaise snack. Het was een leerzame dag, en een mooie herinnering 🙏
